Our client, a leading authority in document storage and information management services on a global scale, requires candidates for their secure operations.
Due to the sensitive nature of their materials, applicants must undergo a national police check and provide two verifiable references before commencing employment.
Store Person Role:
We seek individuals with warehouse experience or, if lacking experience, must demonstrate physical fitness and capability for warehouse duties, including:
- Selecting boxes and files
- Regular lifting of boxes weighing 10-20kg
- Utilizing modern Android RF scanners
- Pallet stacking
- Operating manual pallet jacks
Having a forklift license is advantageous. Other responsibilities include general housekeeping, prioritizing tasks, following instructions, maintaining a positive attitude, and collaborating within a team or independently. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided, with potential for long-term and full-time positions available for suitable candidates.
- Basic personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements include steel-capped boots and high-visibility attire.
Driver/Warehouse Role:
Similar to the Store Person Role, this position involves additional responsibilities such as:
- Conducting secure delivery and collection of customer items
- Experience with RFP scanners
- Adhering to chain of custody protocols for scanning work orders, cartons, and files
- Holding a clean driving record
- Maintaining a professional appearance with clean and tidy PPE, including steel-capped boots and high-vis attire (possibility of obtaining branded PPE in the future)
- Possessing a manual driver's license is advantageous
Both roles operate Monday to Friday. DAY SHIFT!
