The role:

• Utilising an automated headset and voice software you will be required to pick and pack orders daily.
• Use of electric, ride-on, pallet jack.
• Working towards and meeting company KPI's/targets
• Monday to Friday
• Casual, full-time hours available 
• 8 - 10 hour shifts 
• 6am starts - 4am when busy

Skills and experience required for the role:

• Physical Fitness: This is a physically demanding role, involving consistent lifting of 15kg+ items. 
• Ability to pick and pack orders efficiently and able to meet KPIs/targets
• Previous Warehouse/DC Experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Eagerness to Learn: A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow are highly valued.
• Having a strong work ethic as well as being reliable & committed
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime when required & ability to cope with changing work demands and a fast-changing environment
• Understanding of general warehouse WHS safety policies and procedures
• Voice headset experience desirable but not needed
• Reliable Transport
• A Forklift License with high-reach experience is desirable but not needed
